Some roofs can’t be repaired or re-covered — they need to be built. We construct complete roofs from the deck up: new builds, extensions, and full rebuilds where the old structure has had its day.
One crew carries the roof from bare framing to finished surface: decking, underlayment, and your choice of finish — torch-on membrane, shingle, or tile — fastened for the wind that tests every roof on this island. You get one point of responsibility, one standard of work, and one warranty covering it.
Both — full construction is its own service. We build from bare framing and decking up, for new builds, extensions, and roofs too far gone to re-cover.
It depends on size and finish. After the on-site inspection you get a straight timeline in the written quote — and we keep to it.
Flat and low-slope sections do best with torch-on membrane; pitched sections take shingle or tile. Most Aruba roofs combine them — we spec it per roof and show you the options with pricing.
