The Material — Virgo FC 4 mm Mineral
Every roof we torch is sealed with Virgo FC — a 4 mm APP modified bitumen membrane made by General Membrane S.p.A. in Ceggia (Venice), Italy, membrane specialists since 1993. APP was invented in Italy, and it's the right chemistry for a hot, high-sun island.

“Optimo Roofing did a nice job repairing the leak in the valley of the tiled roof. They stayed late the first day to ensure the roof would not leak if it happened to rain that night. (Which it did) No leaks! They saved as many tiles as possible and found matching ones to finish the job. When they were done they vacuumed and cleaned the work area. Very professional, I would recommend them to all.”
