We collect your details for one reason: to answer you about your roof. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.
When you send the form on this site, your name, phone number, email (if you give one), and message are stored securely in our inquiry system (Supabase) and used only to respond to your request — scheduling an inspection, preparing a quote, or answering your question.
If you fill in one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you submitted with us so we can respond to your request. We use it only for that. How Meta itself handles your data is covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
Most of our clients reach us on WhatsApp. Those conversations happen on WhatsApp's platform under WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy; we use what you send us there only to help you with your roof.
This website is served through Cloudflare. Like nearly every website, standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) are processed to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use them to identify you.
We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It helps us understand how people use the site and lets us show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram — for example, to people who visited but didn't get in touch. You can control the ads you see in Meta's ad preferences.
We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties for their marketing. Your details exist in our systems for one purpose: your roof.
